I stayed for one night in Nice Appart, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities of the apartment. The location is fantastic, very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful old buildings, shops, and restaurants. However, the apartment wasn't very noise-proof since it's in an older building, and I could hear some noise from neighbors. Overall, I would recommend this place for its excellent location and value.
